As a core component of water environment management in the Maozhou River basin, Guangming District launched the "Guangming Comprehensive Pipeline Inspection Project." This project covers 2,200 kilometers of drainage pipe network across 13 river basins, aiming to accurately locate potential hazards such as misconnections, damage, and leaks. However, its implementation faces multiple challenges.

In May 2022, a DN1200 emergency water supply pipeline in a certain area of ​​Suining City served as a key infrastructure to ensure the safety of urban residents' water use and to respond to sudden water supply emergencies, undertaking the core water transmission function of the region.

Both the Singapore drainage inspection project and the Shenzhen Longhua underground culvert inspection project have the core objective of conducting safety inspections and identifying potential hazards in underground culverts.
